We are glad to share that Mr. Darshan Shah, Director and CMO (Chief Manufacturing Officer) of Hitachi Hi-Rel Power Electronics Pvt. Ltd. has been invited to grace the 13th Annual International Seminar of MarkPatent.ORG on ‘Intellectual Property Rights – Smart Solutions to Global Challenges’ as a Chief Guest on 18th February 2018 at The Ummed Hotel (Formerly known as Taj Residency) in Ahmedabad, India to share his perspective on subject as a senior executive of a reputed manufacturing company i.e. Hitachi Hi-Rel Power Electronics Pvt. Ltd.
This seminar is held annually since last 12 years and is recognized and reputed event on IPR (Intellectual Property Rights). It was co-organized by Indian Drugs Manufactures’ Association (IDMA), Patent Assistance cell of Gujarat Industrial Technical Consultancy Organization Ltd (GITCO) and other Government/Non Government Organizations. It was specially designed to meet the needs of passionate participants such as IP managers/ officers, IP lawyers/consultants, engineers and scientists.
Mr. Darshan Shah graced the event and shared his valuable inputs on global trends and new challenges in IP activity, Hitachi IP activities for its product business and digital solution business through the presentation on “Intellectual Property – A Hitachi Perspective”. He also shared his view point’s on Hitachi’s IPR framework and philosophy, strategy and policy, how it is being implemented, its benefits along with some relevant examples and case studies.
The importance of Intellectual Property Rights is well established as a vital component in the success of firms and nations. The Gallery of speakers included prominent IP lawyers, IP officers, scientists and learned Judges. Eminent personalities and distinguished speakers from across the globe meticulously harbored real-world experience in many aspects of Intellectual Property. This 2 day event was attended by more than 200 nos. of Indian and overseas delegates.
