Hitachi Hi-Rel Power Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (HHPE), a pioneer in power electronics and a leading manufacturer of IT UPS, Industrial UPS, Medium & Low Voltage Drives and Solar Central & String Inverters, hosted its first “Hitachi IT UPS Channel Partners Meet” for its North Zone IT UPS Channel Partners under the umbrella of Hitachi IT UPS All India Distributor - Iris Computers Ltd. at the Radisson Blue Plaza, New Delhi, India on 29th November 2018.
The objective of the event was to introduce Hitachi Hi-Rel Power Electronics to all the IT UPS Channel Partners of Hitachi Hi-Rel in India formally along with the introduction of state-of-the-art product portfolio with key focus on IT UPS, Solar String Inverters and Low Voltage Drives, and the short term & long term business strategy of Hitachi Hi-Rel for its IT UPS business in India. The event witnessed the participation from representatives of 140 nos. of IT UPS Channel Partners along with senior executives of Hitachi Hi-Rel and Iris Computers Ltd. Among the topics discussed at the event were present offerings of Hitachi IT UPS to the commercial and IT business sector, future sales and marketing strategies of Hitachi to expand its Indian footprint, product introduction of Solar String Inverters and Low Voltage Drives and sales & product training.
Mr. Jai Desai, Head (Associate Vice President) - Sales of IT UPS business division of Hitachi Hi-Rel, opened up and hosted the whole event by welcoming all the IT UPS Channel Partners & briefing the event agenda, as well as presented IT UPS business in India along with short & long term business strategies of Hitachi.
Dr. Kazuhiro Imaie, Managing Director of Hitachi Hi-Rel Power Electronics shared the brief introduction about Hitachi Hi-Rel Power Electronics, business operations in India and futuristic marketing strategies to grow Indian business. Mr. Himanshu Pandit, President & Chief Operating Officer of Hitachi Hi-Rel shared his focal viewpoints about Hitachi’s recent focus on Indian mass market in addition to strengthen present class market of customized power electronics products, by targeting commercial and solar applications by focusing on business of IT UPS & Commercial UPS, Solar String Inverters and Low Voltage Drives through Resellers, System Integrators, Distributors & Channel Partners by considering them as Valued Partners of Hitachi.
Mr. Sanjay Krishen, Founder & Chairman of Iris Computers Ltd., thanked Hitachi management for trusting and appointing Iris as a National Distributor for Hitachi IT UPS Products and expressed his sincere appreciation for Hitachi support and assistance to Iris team. Mrs. Kamini Talwar, Managing Director of Iris Computers Ltd., assured for their complete support in enhancing the foot print of Hitachi IT UPS business in India.
Mr. Ahmad Ali, Head (General Manager) – Sales of IT UPS Channel Business division of Hitachi Hi-Rel managed the whole event and assured absolute company support to all the channel partners to boost up the Indian market share. Mr. Sanjay Bhalekar, Head (Associate Vice President) - Sales of Solar Inverters business division of Hitachi Hi-Rel, shared the information on Hitachi Solar business with key focus on Solar String Inverters which is going to be introduced shortly in Indian Market. Representative of Drive business division of Hitachi Hi-Rel also shared the brief on Hitachi Low Voltage Drives business.
All the channel partners also participated with absolute interest. The event was a great success and concluded with a vision of many folds growth in coming years.
