Job Description: |
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the UPS segment across India.
- Identify and target key market segments, developing tailored sales approaches to meet the unique needs and demands of each segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry influencers to expand the customer base and drive business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Oversee the preparation of techno-commercial offers, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with customer requirements.
- Conduct high-level negotiations with customers, channel partners, and suppliers to secure favourable terms and close significant sales deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- \Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, presenting regular updates and progress to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, promoting the company's UPS solutions and strengthening its market presence.
