Preferred Knowledge:	The ideal candidate will be skilled in estimating product costs, convincing customers to place orders, and participating in kickoff meetings to ensure smooth project initiation. As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Description:	Communicate with customers to understand their needs, address their concerns, and convince them to place orders. Participate in kickoff meetings to discuss project details, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams and customers. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing market share and achieving sales targets. Provide technical support and product information to customers and channel partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain and update sales documentation, including proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring all information is current and accurate. Stay updated on the latest UPS technologies, industry standards, and best practices to provide informed recommendations and solutions.
