Responsible for meeting the LV1 Module Technical Support:
1.Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for complex, heavy-duty, and specialized LV VFD applications across industries (e.g., crane/hoist, tension control, multi-drive systems, Compressors, Extruders, high-speed pumps/fans, and HVAC systems, Machinery, Level-1 Automation).
2.Conduct joint technical visits with channel partners to key OEMs, Industrial End-Users, and Automation Consultants to influence technical specifications in favour of our Japanese technology.
3.Analyze customer technical requirements, perform sizing, selection, and configuration of drives, and prepare robust, foolproof technical proposals. Troubleshoot complex application challenges during the pre-sales phase to demonstrate product superiority and build customer confidence.
4.Design and deliver structured technical training programs, product certification courses, and application workshops for System Integrators (SIs), Value Added Resellers (VARs), and Distributors.
5.Create a self-reliant channel ecosystem by empowering partner engineers to handle standard configurations and basic commissioning independently.
6.Provide continuous technical mentoring and application support to the internal team of 7–8 regional channel managers.
7.Perform deep technical benchmarking against key competitors (e.g., ABB, Siemens, Danfoss, Schneider, Fuji, Yaskawa Etc) to identify our product USPs and counter competitor arguments.
8.Develop localized application notes, success stories, and technical whitepapers to support the field sales team.
Gather market intelligence on required product modifications, software features, or customized firmware, feeding this data back to the global Japanese R&D and Product Management teams. |
