Job Description:	Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the Drives segment across India. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and promoting our VFD products and strengthening its market presence. Develop and maintain sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, presenting regular updates and progress to senior management. Conduct high-level negotiations with customers, channel partners, and suppliers to secure favourable terms and close significant sales deals.
