Preferred Knowledge:

- Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Good understanding of audit processes and compliance requirements.

Job Description:

1. Production Representation & Coordination:
- Act as the official representative of the Production Department during customer visits, factory inspections, and management walkthroughs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for visitor scheduling, plant tours, and audit readiness.
- Ensure smooth communication between production, quality, engineering, and management.

2. Audit & Compliance Handling:
- Support and participate in internal audits, external audits, customer audits, and certification audits (ISO / customer-specific).
- Prepare and present production-related data, KPIs, and compliance records during audits.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and follow-up actions.

3. Root Cause Analysis & CAPA:
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using tools such as 5-Why, Fishbone (Ishikawa), etc.
- Prepare, implement, and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Monitor effectiveness of implemented actions and ensure sustained improvement.

4. Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement:
- Actively participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, Waste reduction, and process optimization.
- Support cycle time improvement, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement projects.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret production data for improvement opportunities.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting:
-Prepare production reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Use analytical skills to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
- Present improvement initiatives and results during review meetings.

6. Communication & Documentation:
- Maintain clear and professional communication with auditors, customers, and internal teams.
- Ensure accurate documentation of SOPs, work instructions, audit records, and improvement actions.
