Job Description:	Lead and manage the R&D team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful execution of projects. Drive the design and development of power electronics products, with a focus on the mechanical aspects, including enclosures, heat sinks, and packaging solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, firmware engineers, and manufacturing engineers, to integrate mechanical designs with electronic components and systems. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate design concepts and make informed decisions. Oversee prototype development and testing activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, performance requirements, and industry standards. Develop and maintain design documentation, including engineering drawings, bill of materials (BOM), and design validation reports. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in power electronics and mechanical engineering, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Manage relationships with external partners, suppliers, and vendors to support R&D activities and secure necessary resources and expertise.
