Preferred Knowledge:	Basic knowledge of power electronic domain regarding rectifier, inverter, IGBT, MOSFET and various other converters
Job Description:	Coordinate daily production activities, including manpower allocation, work scheduling, and resource management, to meet production targets and quality standards. Conduct line balancing exercises to optimize workflow and minimize production bottlenecks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Implement Kaizen principles and CI methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction in production operations. Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of Kaizen events, Lean projects, and other improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. Prepare and execute Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans to address production issues and prevent recurrence of quality-related problems. Conduct root cause analysis investigations to identify the underlying causes of production failures or quality deviations, implementing corrective actions to address them. Provide technical support to the production team, troubleshooting issues and proposing solutions to minimize downtime.
